SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you so much for your purchase. We hope you love your order & are completely satisfied with your order. However, if you are not for any reason happy with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

SHIPPING

Our estimated order processing time is 1-5 business days + shipping time. (standard or express)

Australia wide Shipping

  • $15 - Standard : 3-6 working days

  • $20 - Express : 1-5 working days

International Shipping

We currently only ship to New Zealand customers.

  • $25 AUD - Standard : 2-3 weeks + order processing time.

Please note: It is your responsibility to pay any import duties, customs, or taxes relevant to your country.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new & unused condition, with all original tags & labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at lovepaytoncreations@gmail.com to notify us of your concerns & to receive the shipping address needed so that you can return your order.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return & inspecting the condition of your item/items, we will process your return fully. Please allow at least seven (7) business days for this process to be fulfilled. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed completely.
